Ditto that. I've temporarily set up my own "trash" folder in my message management area, but they really need to set up something like the old system where stuff was automatically retained and you could access it in "trash". You never know when you might need to retrieve something later down the road, that you didn't think you needed at the moment. The old code for that specific function was set up quite nicely from a user POV, no extra folders, no extra clicks, no extra management required. It just "worked". Bob? Dave?
