Hi Aus, I believe, Flash (FV, Samsung, Renesas) and Logic (Tower & UMC) are produced separately and then assembled, tested and packaged at several different vendors (FLEX, SPIL, STTS, etc.) I am sure somewhere down the road, Flash and Logic will be done in the same place. Tower doesn't look healthy to me right now. If this semicon downturn lasts long, they will need more capital to survive. -Pam
