From what I could see in that article, they expect a spike up, then a reversal at the NDX 11-week cycle end, which would appear to be around Jan. 7-13. That' not out of the realm of possibility, especially in light of the normal patterns we've seen in January, especially leading into option expiration on the 21st of January.
