Cosmo, sorry, I don't know of anything in particular. Could be it's just time for this thing to start moving. If you check the chart (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=tko.v&d=c), you will notice it is performing in a somewhat routine manner, though. That is, speculation carried the stock very high to a point prior to pre production and early production stages where risks go up. That carries the PPS lower, and it rises again as production begins to prove a sustainable cash flow. We are still at that stage and it may take a full quarter, or two for the market to feel those concerns have been mitigated, after which time, the stock should be more or less fully valued (save for the speculative value in the other, undeveloped properties).
In the meantime, the price of copper is much higher, and the other product, molybdenum, is up 20% in the last month alone, and pushing 1,000% in a bit over two years.
