Hello M.B. Thanks for your ideas re puts on GATE, ATML, and MU. I'm really interested right now in MU puts - specifically the Jan 15, Jan 17.5, and Oct 17.5. Wondered which of these you might like the best? I'm leaning toward the Oct 17.5, which is trading at 7/8 or so right now. Thought I'd take a 1/2 position this week, which for me is probably just 3 or 4 contracts. How about the ATML Nov 25 puts, and CPQ Oct 50's? (I know you like GATE puts better than CPQ <g>). I'd probably wait a week or two to start positions on either of these, as I think there is additional upside potential near term. IMO there will be another test (and probably penetration) of July's lows either in October, or soon after the elections, and I think the year 1997 will be a great money maker for shorts!
