Holding off to certify until all others had done so so they would know exactly how many ballots needed to be found, etc. LOL pal. The Canvass board would have counted the ballots rejected in error a long time ago if the republicans wouldn't have blocked that decision in court! It was the court challenge that created the delay. You're lost in your own delusion. Besides even without those "disputed" ballots Gregoire won the hand count by 10 votes. Orca
