There are numerous courses at various location on how to live a mobile life. I think there is a central PO box in different regions across the nation where individuals can have all their mail forwarded?

I worked with a lady who was in the process of arranging a mobile living lifestyle with her husband. In preparation, they took summer courses in Idaho. They had their dream rig ordered, and were about to embark on their adventure when he suddenly died.

And yes, receiving mail that way is a perfect set up for fraud. In our case, a PO box is the only choice. It's tough, but we can only rely on people's honesty, and that's proving difficult.
