LOL Smithee. It's fine to state an assumption when it's clearly stated as such. But you went the extra step in saying that if the 500 voters that were registered to their mail service or storage locker were eliminated that it would throw the election to Rossi. The latter statement of fact cannot be backed up by your initial presumption.

I think that all citizens should be allowed to vote. Many folks do not have traditional residential addresses. I happen to know a few live aboard boaters that have faced this problem of a street address in order to vote. I know some that have used mail services and other addresses, because there is no mail service at the marina or the RV park. So what should these folks do?
