PTHO 1.15 2005 Stock 16m out (as far as I know per conv 2 mo ago)

Even tho this is a pink sheet stock right now i have to include it due to what they are doing with electro optic plastics...it is leading the leading edge and they have been working with the Navy and other branches of our armed forces since at least 1999. It is my understanding they will be filing for the OTC BB but I cannot promise that. This stock is one big wildcard.

PSI-TEC Files Patents Necessary to Launch Next-Generation Telecom and Homeland Security Technologies

WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PSI-TEC Corporation (http://www.psiteccorp.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of PSI-TEC Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PTHO - News), announced today the filing of two additional patents, completing its near-term patent portfolio for next-generation broadband and satellite reconnaissance (i.e. homeland security) telecommunication technologies. These two patents embody groundbreaking technologies necessary for internally stabilizing previously patented high- speed telecommunication materials ("electro-optic plastics").

Calculations on PSI-TEC's novel electro-optic plastic designs, independently performed at NAVAIR (Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division; China Lake, CA) government laboratories, suggest that PSI-TEC's materials will perform two and a half (2.5) to three and three-tenths (3.3) times more efficiently than current high-performance electro-optic plastics. Subsequent review by top scientists and engineers at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFRL; Dayton, OH) resulted in the conclusion that, "PSI-TEC's molecular designs show promise of a five to ten times improvement over existing commercial polymeric architectures."

The implementation of telecommunication performance improvements of this magnitude is considered to be revolutionary by industry standards. Such technologies are vital for the success of future high-end military reconnaissance (homeland security) technologies such as those currently being recommended in the development of the military's next-generation Internet (NY Times, 11/13/04, "Pentagon Envisioning a Costly Internet for War;" online at nytimes.com or signonsandiego.com.

"Next-generation military Internet, known as the Global Information Grid or GIG, is proposed to afford soldiers a real-time 'bird's-eye view' of the battlefield providing all U.S. commanders and troops a moving picture of all foreign enemies and threats," said Fred Goetz, President and CEO of PSI-TEC. "The development of the GIG presently faces several 'technological hurdles,' many of which we at PSI-TEC believe may be effectively resolved through the use of our newly patented technologies."

The key to producing commercial and military quality electro-optic plastics lies almost entirely in the production of environmentally stable materials. "Today's plastics are not inherently unstable entities," Goetz explained. "When they were first widely introduced in the 1950s, they were of lesser quality and would often melt after prolonged exposure to sunlight. But, today they are far more resilient and durable, and significantly cheaper, than glass and many metals. On a fundamental level, we are merely proposing the application of these same well-known technologies to the production of our next-generation electro-optic plastics." PSI-TEC's recent patents propose a unique and eloquent molecular-level engineering strategy (i.e., nanotechnology) for the natural union of these two aspects of material engineering.

Government statements by NAVAIR and AFRL officers were made in conjunction with an NSF (National Science Foundation) proposal after review of PSI-TEC's technology during PSI-TEC's prior involvement in DARPA's (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) MORPH (Molecular Photonics) program. MORPH is a subdivision of DARPA's C2OI (Chip-to-chip Optical Interconnect) project.
