Demographics would show the large movement of support to golf rather than tennis. Baby Boomers are getting old and their activities are supporting more leisure activities. The beauty of golf is that it can be played from young to very old. Supporting Tennis with any corporate money is a sign of a lack of insight into the shift of public interests. This is JMHO.

I do however support the need to for two things:

One is to replace tobacco advertisement with corporate sponsorships.

The second is for a company such as Corel to get International exposure. I remember hearing that some people down south of my border (Canada) thought Corel was a company that manufactured Dinner Dishes. (Correlle).

I feel that this was the reason for buying the name to the Palladium (The home to the Ottawa Senators hockey team). I feel that this move achieved its target. Next year when the Senators win the Stanley Cup in the Corel Centre, The Good Doctor will be there to see its' goal being fulfilled. Maybe Corel should buy a NHL Hockey team. Any Ideas for a team name?
