"do your own due diligence"

It's hard to do due-diligence on Bobble when he hides the unsavory parts of his track record and then gives zero background on any given tip. He gives no meaningful insight into his reasoning. He chooses to keep the relevant background information proprietary. In so doing, he becomes nothing more than a tipster. So, how do you do due-diligence on a tip!?!

Just try that idea on your banker the next time you want a loan. Say to your banker something like "I want a loan of X dollars but you're not allowed to consider my credit history." You might also add, "Especially ignore those loans that I abandoned." See how far you get.

perhaps he should send you an invoice for an additional service fee

Did you ever wonder why Bobble charges so little for his newsletter? Don't you think, if he was really good, he would consider it more valuable? If he is doing anything more than just guessing, don't you think he would want to profit from his labor? Just how stupid is he, anyway, to practically give away such valuable information? Why didn't he ever get the simple idea that he could sell an upgraded version of the newsletter for much more -- if there really was anything to tell?

Or maybe he really does value it at what it's worth. Which all just goes to show, you generally get what you pay for.
