I live in the Phoenix area and was reading a local Phoenix business newsletter that said management of PETM is starting the process to adopt a "poision pill." The article alluded to the fact that management sees better things ahead and don't want to be bought out with the stock at such low levels. It also alluded to the fact if management thought the company would continue to faulter they'ed welcome a buyout and would not be adopting the "poision pill."

Basically a bullish view for PETM. I don't own any shares of PETM and am just passing along some local news.
