"All this talk about RICO and criminal indictments is silly."

Westergaard's intent is to stop free speech which is negative to his desires via a bounty is in fact a use of FEAR to achieve that goal. Silly it isn't!

Westergaard was not and is not just trying to scare Pluvia from posting things he doesn't like, Westergaard is attempting to place the fear of an invasion of privacy in everyone on these threads who posts anything negative he doesn't care for! All one has to do is read his web site and posts to see that.

Though she was a very famous person...a similar fear of the invasion of privacy resulted in the death of Princess Diana.

One should not and does not have to live under a threat of loosing their privacy just for exercising their right of free speech.

Not only are some of the laws mentioned very strong candidates for legal action.there are other possible ones.

I suggest stepping up to a higher plane of thought when considering the issue at hand here.
