I think it is about time.

Anything that detracts from stockholders' equity should be exposed. I think the real affect is going to occur in the smaller caps, where it is more common to use stock options to conserve cash. In any case, stockholders deserve to know if the company is being run for the benefit of shareholders or the corporate management.
