I'm looking at ATS, a China based Satellite programmer with lots of losses but a low stock price....

I have been moving out of E&Ps for energy, keeping almost all the royalty trusts and the wonderful Eneregy Split. I have some very small cap E&Ps with large gains which I will hold until at least 2005.

I now have rail roads - CP, NSC, BNI
Utilities RRI, SRP
Uranium CCJ
The above 4 new positiions
Royalty trusts
Bunch of energy stocks still

and about 8-10% cash.
