Hi Bill, Just want to make sure I understand what you are saying here: <<<And, because of the SEC case, I expect that somewhere down the road - six months or a year, if GRNO's lucky (and many $$) - most of the story will get into the public record in the form of the filing of a consent decree and a report from GRNO's independent special counsel. At which point there is the possibility that private litigation may surface, based on whatever comes to light in the SEC case.>>> Are you saying that GRNO will be lucky and thus have the chance to claim thier innocence?
