Compare costofwar.com and what we have spent in the "war on terrorism" to what a tsunami warning system would have cost for the entire Indian Ocean basin (I assume tens of millions at most). Today we have tens of thousands dead, a number that might have been reduced drastically. The numbers speak for themselves. And the results, in the America-first with-us-or-against-us 51% dictatorship of the majority world. Yes, I am very disgusted.
