Ray, why do you suppose the oil cartel is publicly talking down the price of oil? I can understand Saudi and some of the Gulf States with their vast US investments, but they are all singing from the same song book, including Iran and Indonesia. Funny we don't hear Norway or Alberta complaining that they are making too much money.
