Some of us still practice the ancient science of biology. If you want to have streaked kids you just have to use a little science when you copulate.

This is also a cure for poverty. Do it with your female bank manager (most of them are (female) these days). Just be careful of the wallpaper. The laws of science are inexorable.

You might wonder why anyone would want his cows and goats all streaked--but it is analagous to the reason people like to streak their buttocks and legs--MARKET VALUE.
