CELSION CORP (AMEX:CLN), is trading up 12.5 % today on much higher than average volume, the Bellwether Report believes that this is in part due to the employment agreement reached between Dr. Augustine Y Cheung to serve as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientific Officer. I doubt this is the reason for the recent huge volume and attendant share price rise.
