Does anyone have an opinion on PLPC? Preformed Line Products (PLPC). IMHO, I Think this is a good value stock, its a small cap but it pays almost 2.5% return. It sells for around $ 32.00 with a PE of 15.% and has a book value almost 66% of its share price.
