Thanks for the concern, guys.

The whole high-desert area in Northern Arizona got dumped on last night, then we got another deluge early this morning. We couldn't see those beautiful red rock mountains for several hours, and we're only about 2 miles from them. We couldn't even see the house across the ravine until about mid-morning.

We're fine, but some of our friends who live beside Oak Creek are stranded on the wrong side of the creek. I hope they have a large supply of certificates to keep the fire going.

The National Weather Service put out a Flash Flood Warning earlier today. Naturally, the only pictures that will appear on the National News services will be the places where the low-water crossings get washed out.

We were up in the Grand Canyon area yesterday afternoon, showing one of the Seven Wonders of the World to yet another set of corporate visitors. There was a weather alert that was posted around 2:00pm for a 6:00pm time frame, so we hightailed it out of there before it got bad. I hope the several hundred other tourists did the same, but since most of them were out-of-state visitors or from down in the much dryer low-desert Phoenix area, I doubt they understood the potential danger.

Driving down through the Oak Creek canyon switchbacks during a heavy rainstorm in absolute darkness is an experience our visitors will never forget.

All part of the FBN Corporate entertainment package, of course.

As a result of good corporate governance, the FBN limo is equipped with 4-wheel drive and a full off-road package, so we were relatively safe. We don't take unnecessary risks with our investors.

As we always say ... with FBN, our investors have absolutely nothing to worry about.
