Three Stocks With High Short Positions - And Increasing

[BRIEFING.COM - Robert V. Green] The short positions for NASDAQ stocks was posted last night. The overall total short positions rose only slightly, to 5.1 billion shares, down from this year's high of 5.3 billion in September, but above last year's level of 4.7 billion shares. We did a quick screen for stocks that have shown an increase in the total number of shares sold short in both November and now December, but that also have a short position greater than 35% of their outstanding float. To our surprise, there are only 3 stocks on the Nasdaq that met this criteria. Here is the list.
