to ultiimately force corrective action (after years of intervention mind you). The job of the both the bond market and the Dollar, now, is to destroy the crazy agenda of Bush's second term (with its mind-blowing spending plans). The sooner the better, but it will be painful.

BTW, your rather ideological view (IMO) that the rich are primarily the holders of T-Bonds I think is over-stretched and does not allow for the fact that your basic worker in the US is connected to a pension fund stuffed with T-Bonds.
