But I didn't work at the USPS! Dilbert might lurk these threads. It beats me why employers are so obtuse. The employer before that layed me off because some 'ladies' rumored that I was sexually confused and before that my emp tried to convince me that a rookie was an experi- enced manager. That's no refs from management since 1986. I have no trouble getting co-workers as refs because they see it's office poli- tics (I guess). I found out that one employer actually cleaned house after I pointed out what I thought happened in a farewell letter. Keep those fresh ideas coming! Thanks, Ken
