correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is that when shares are held in street name for a customer that has paid for his stock in full these shares cannot be loaned by brokerage firms against shorts..this is a violation of securities laws...If I ask that my shares be transferred into my name and shipped to me what does it matter?..if anyone has any ideas to the contrary please advise...I have owned QDRX for almost 2 years and my cost basis is around 1.00...thanks for any feedback
