I do not think a SIGNIFICANT number of the innocent civilians in Iraq have been killed by terrorists, but even if they were, it is the American troops occupying Iraq that have created the terrorism. These civilians are still innocent victims of the war America started in Iraq, as are all the children who have died of easily treatable diseases once we cut off all the water and electricity and shut down some of the hospitals.

I also think it is important to remember that this list stops in September, which is quite a long time ago in terms of the bombing damage we have inflicted recently. And the victims on this list are not the only Iraqis who have died. They are the ones that have been verified by international observers. As you might recall, we seized the main hospital in Fallujah the first day we reentered the city, in order to prevent any civilian body counting such as this organization attempts to do. I am not sure either that there have been 100,000 victims, but I am pretty sure there are a lot more than 3,000 at this point.
