I bet you'd like to get some trigger time on the new XM8 carbine. LOL...I'd be happy to get some trigger time with an M4 with all the various sight assemblies now available. Two key features of the XM8 that I like are the light weight, and the near permanent lubrication feature. Supposedly it can go for weeks of daily use without cleaning. But, I would have to see the latter to believe it. H&K is always outstanding. Remember the MP5? And their MP7 comes in at 4 pounds loaded with a round that penetrates body armor. I'm considering their new P2000SK .40 for myself. If it came in a .357 model, I'd already have one. I figure the merger with Merkel should make them the premier shotgun maker in the world. I'll be looking for a new home defense gun from them. We should get LB to convert this to a gun thread. :o)
