According to the release, the company had won a government contract to raise $4 billion in a bid to build a better Internet. Almost 2,000 inquiries were generated by the release that later turned out to be a practical joke.(the 3 of you) paid Business Wire $260 to issue the release and were later sued (Monday, April 26) by Business Wire alleging trademark violations, fraud and breach of contract as well as defamation and conspiracy.
