I started out my career with American Red Cross (as a consultant to one of their IT programs). I have to disagree with your friend's sister. There could be mismanagement and poor judgement on an occassion but nepotism and corruption as many people allege - I seriously doubt it. I think many people are upset at how they managed the 9-11 situation.
