I keep wondering if PLSIA may have a claim against their paid promoter, Westergaard, for damages resulting from bringing disrepute upon their company.

It seems to me that he has taken their $30,000 and used it to promote WIBN, harming PLSIA in the process, with this publicity ploy where PLSIA was "the hook" Total disregard for the best interests of his client. On the other hand, from what I have learned about PLSIA, maybe the company deserves Westergaard.

Westergaard seems to be aggressively amoral in many of his opinions, BTW. The latest instance being his comment that Princess Di deserved to die, under the circumstances.

(One less humanitarian to worry about. The field of humanitartiansm was getting kind of crowded, anyway, what with Westy having stepped up with his $100 pledge to the school in Africa.) The more I learn about this guy, the more depraved he seems.

And what we see here are just a smidgen of the things the guy says in public. I can't help but wonder what his unsaid opinions are like.

What a mess of a human being.
