For any interested parties: Just got my 10-k. There are several opportunities within DNA that I was not aware of and that may do well if Diana splits its holdings into seperate corporations.

Of interest is C&L, majority owned by DNA. For those in the
network/data/telcomm industry... yes THAT C&L. For those not inside, C&L is a major Value Added Distributor of Newbridge Networks internetworking equipment, in fact NN says it is THE largest distributor. They carry other lines as well such as Mitel. As such they have very nice profit potential.

Since the DianaCorp companies are so closely related... Valley (a Value Added Reseller network design and integration with extensive experience in Fiber), C&L (as described, their customers include virtually all U.S. long distance companies)one can imagine cross-pollination and is common, assistance from manufacturers whose product they sell. What type of assistance I don't exactly know, but C&L maintains a technical support center so would at least be trained
and kept up to date by Newbridge.

As of June 10, 1996 all outstanding shares were owned by 1325 shareholders. This means that there are folks out there holding major blocks of stock. That is a lot of faith. I think it will work out, could be wrong, but I think it will once DNA gets over this hump.

10-k was audited by Ernst&Young as well as Price Waterhouse. Recal too that DNA has hired H&Q to help reorganize and "maximize the shareholder's return"...their words.

For anyone that may think I am touting this stock because I am a rich boy wanting to get richer... don't I wish... I own an *entire* 200 shares. I am posting all this because I just HATE smear campaigns like the one waged by Manuel Asencio. Injustice should not go unchallenged. Anyone of us in the market during May of this year is responsible for its screaming heights and the subsequent fall. Let's not blame the company and the people that work there for our excesses.
