The Benton Bankruptcy "Reorganization" went effective today. All shares of Ramtron held by Benton have been transferred to a liquidating trust for the benefit of his creditors. No word as to the disposition, but some of the shares have been registered for public resale. Apparently, the trust is in dire need of cash in order to pay an IRS settlement by the end of the year. Who know what that might cause to happen!
