It depends on who you ask. At one point Harris told me that the orders were routed to the appropriate exchange for execution, at another point I was told that they actually trade as pink sheets. I always thought that the ones that you could get RT quotes on during the day (like PAWEF) were pink sheet stocks and that the other ones (like TKRFF) that are only updated after the market close were actually trading on the Canadian exchanges. Beats me.
