Dude, have you independently verified this? Reed went on record saying today that the election was clean. Wouldn't a discrepancy like 4,000 votes be a red flag to the officials of the county and the state? Maybe those 4,000 are absentee who are not on that list of people that voted on Nov 2?

I have an open mind to discovery, but in this case methinks that there is simply a misunderstanding of the lists. If not though it bears looking into.
