what about spreads that short junk? junk spreads have narrowed ridiculously. is there any way to short a junk index or proxy through the futures or regular equities? Not that I know of. WE need a junk futures index first. Russ's idea of agencies to treasuries seems like a pretty good bet. Still, I do not know how you can beat cheap June ED options for some sort of hedge at least.
