Yeah, I agree... But that is such an iffy proposition. First of all, the suit could drag on forever against a company the size of DEC. Also, even if the suit was settled or won tomorrow, how much good do you think it would do for us shareholders...? I'm still skeptical I guess. Of course at this point, what better to do than wait it out. It's dead money anyway. Oh well...
