Here in Canada our social contract gave us medicare which guarantees everybody the same crappy free level of health care and if you love someone that has more than a common cold you drive them to the Mayo Clinic in the United States.

There are a few exceptions in that if you know somebody that is a top surgeon or administrator you can get sufficiently better medical treatment in Canada.
