It seems like there are a lot of kinks in your health care system. It looks like there are good-hearted people trying to improve it. Is any of that working?

The fact is that your life expectancy rate is higher than for the U.S., and your infant mortality rate is lower. These are usually signs of a more efficient health care system.

I am guessing that most uninsured Americans would still like your system better than ours, though.
