Thanks for the rundown on the technicals. As far as the fundamentals. It didn't budge at all on the study news. That was probably priced in. It actually did go up on the convertible news. That was greeted as good news because there was no real dilution. Probably some buyers were waiting for the terms of the deal to be announced before buying. Their revenues are seasonal so you can't compare consecutive Q's. Also the losses are largely due to legal expenses.
