Yep. On top of that, if they don't vote, the country will slide deeper into civil war, and will be run by the terrorists. Ahhh, they pine for the good ole life under Saddam where in a bad year you spent a few months being electrocuted by Uday in a rat-infested prison, but -hey-the rest of the time life wasn't too bad.
