No, love it or leave it is not what I'm saying. Discourse is crucial to avoiding tyranny. And this particular conversation has nothing to do with Bush. It's the constant tearing down of everything in America, I see in your posts. Your most recent diatribe was about how we are stingy in America, when all evidence points to the contrary. You simply don't ever have anything good to say about this country.

You say we are stingy, then in the next breath you brag about how you have been so generous for the tsunami victims and other people you help. If you really are as generous as you say you are, then how can America be considered stingy when there are an enormous number of people just like you that are just as or even more generous? The outpouring of generosity I've personally seen since the tsunami from Americans has been enormous and makes any other country's contributions pale in comparison.

Why don't you take a look around a little and think about what good Americans do on a daily basis? It's time that more Americans get a balanced perspective on who we are and who we are not. It's easy to get on the "hate Americans bandwagon" with Bush in power, but our President and his actions aren't a complete definition of who Americans are.
