tmclyne, I have no idea what management at PLSIA is thinking, but hypothetically, if I'm an officer in the warroom, I'm not exactly throwing my teammates high-fives and going "yeah! We really kicked a** on this one. Let's take up a collection and send Westergaard a case of Moet!"

I'm not an attorney (applied to law school out of college, got in, had the good sense to realize I didn't have the passion at the time needed to make that commitment and never enrolled) but based on my limited read which side would I rather represent in litigation?

Pluvia.

And of course, I'd assume there are probably 800 plaintiff's attorneys circling the waters as lurkers wanting to hook a shareholder as a potential lead plaintiff and move to get a class certified...

...which is why, if I ever do wind up reapplying, it will be with the intent of becoming a federal prosecutor. <g>

Good trading,

Tom
