Do you consider the Civil Rights Movement to be discredited on the grounds of moral arrogance, and "the right to do as we choose without the impediment of consideration of legitimacy" (after all, civil disobedience was a central tactic of Reverend King and others)? That is the logical end of your arguments, so I am curious.
