Guys, this is all about socialism or capitalism.

It is not one or the other but a measured blend of both. A responsible society acknoweledges that a system made up on the concept of "every one for himself" is bound to be replete with inequities and unecceptable imbalances...as we see so well today in the US, where more than 40M people have no health coverage.
