ConectiSys Receives FCC Certification of Its HNet 5.0 Product

VALENCIA, Calif., Dec 1, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ConectiSys Corporation (OTCBB:
CNES), a developer of automatic meter reading technologies, announced today that
the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has certified its HNet(TM) 5.0
wireless meter reading system for commercialization and sale.


"We believe that ConectiSys is one of the first within the Automatic Meter
Reading field to gain FCC approval of a real-time wireless energy meter reading
system, the HNet(TM)-MeterSystem," said Robert Spigno, the Company's Chief
Executive Officer. Mr. Spigno added that, "In phase two of the HNet(TM)-Networks
certification process, the Company has submitted its HNet(TM)-BaseStation, this
will complete the FCC requirements of the new commercial telecommunications
network for sales." The HNet(TM)-BaseStation is anticipated for FCC approval in
February 2005, paving the way for product release to commercialization.
