Don't you think it interesting that the United States, which controlled 2/3 of Iraq's airspace, monitored shipping in and out of Iraq and claimed intelligence that was 100% certain what Saddam was buying and attempting to buy in relation to weapons - had no idea of what was going on with respect to the Oil for Food program or couldn't put a stop to it if it so desired?
