My final picks: PARS CAMD LIPD SGU MTMD PARS is a small pharmaceutical that got clobbered a few weeks ago when Phase III clinical results showed their drug wasn't good. I won't hold for a long time, just for a January effect. MTMD is a good medical device company. It's worth holding a long time. Steady profits that grow, cheap p/e multiple. The RS isn't as low as I'd like for a January effect stock, but that's offset by the overall merits of the company. The other stocks I mentioned in my previous post. Five stocks is a lot fewer than I would like, but it's more than I could find last year.
