Definitely religion can be compared to clubbing around town. We can agree on that. But I actually do believe that Jesus is the way and there is no other. You see the God of Jesus who has been called Jehovah was here first, in the beginning before there was any other "religions". He created the earth and the Garden of Eden and Adam and Eve. There was no other God but Jehovah then. And Jesus was also there in the beginning, He did not come on the scene later as is commonly misunderstood. He did come later manifested as a man. But He was with God from the beginning and participated in every creation by God. After the "fall" of man the earth became populated and people forgot about Jehovah. But the concept of God was always there and people created their own Gods and religions to suit themselves. So we have so many today and it's true now that it is just an accident of birth which religion you become indoctrinated in. But there is still only one true God and many manufactured Gods. Man is able to confuse any and every issue he touches.
