There are a few notable exceptions. However, charity is not one of them. Charity is best left to the individuals who can and should decide how much to give back.

Wait a minute, I thought you said our government was giving more than anyone else? Did you change your mind?

And I want to see some facts. Are individual Europeans giving less, in total, than individual US citizens? What's the total you keep claiming is so significant? Are you making stuff up again?
